Announcing the unveiling of The Calling, a monumental new public artwork by artist Andy Scott, proudly fabricated by Dyson & Womack. This stunning sculpture is now permanently installed in Saint Paul, MN, outside Allianz Field, and we're excited to share more about its creation and the journey behind it! Fabrication was completed at our Los Angeles workshop, with the piece transported to Saint Paul in 64 sections across 12 trucks! Standing 90 feet long and 33 feet tall, The Calling was installed over two weeks by our incredible team of five. The sculpture is built without an internal armature, relying on the intricate patchwork of the metal skin to support itself. We are grateful for the collaborative efforts of our partners: engineering with Nous Engineering, finishing bead blasting by National Sandblasting, and, of course, the visionary artist Andy Scott.
