We had a wonderful and heartfelt send-off for our summer intern, Sophia Cicero, who wrapped up her time with us this past Friday. We celebrated with a team lunch and an end-of-internship capstone presentation, where she shared amazing recommendations to help strengthen our business. Over the past 10 weeks, Sophia brought curiosity, insight, and a true people first mindset to our Organizational Strategy team. She dove into everything from developing workshops and shadowing client sessions, to conducting research on AEC industry trends, supporting leadership development initiatives, and exploring compensation and benefits benchmarking. We are so thrilled for her as she heads back to Virginia Tech for her next chapter, and we can’t wait to see all that she accomplishes next.
