Celebrating 6 Years of Transforming Senior Care in North County! Six years ago, Gary and Mary West and the team at West Health envisioned more than just a PACE center. They dreamed of building a model program—one that not only serves North County’s low-income seniors with dignity and compassion but also inspires and equips other communities to open their own PACE programs. Their vision was bold: create a center that provides world-class care while also serving as a center for innovation, where new approaches to senior care could be tested, refined, and shared—paving the way for better outcomes and brighter futures for older adults across the country. Today, Gary and Mary West PACE is both a lifeline for local seniors and caregivers and a national example of what is possible when compassion meets innovation.
