  • We are excited to announce that Brother has won a Brandon Hall Group Silver Award for excellence in the 'Best Use of AI for Learning' category! The Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards honor organizations driving innovation in Human Capital Management (HCM), with recognition based on business needs, program design, integration, user experience, and overall effectiveness. This award honors our collaboration with Abilitie, where we used AI-powered simulations to prepare our leaders for real-world leadership challenges during our 2024 Leadership Summit. Through these simulations, participants practiced workplace conversations and received immediate feedback on their responses. By integrating AI for learning into our Leadership Summit, we created a powerful growth opportunity for our leaders. We're looking forward to this year's summit as we continue to invest in our leaders, and by extension, our talent across all levels. #BHGAwards

  • Brother recently returned to Austin for our annual Brother Experience (BEX), an exclusive event designed for our dealer partners, made possible with the presence and support of our sales, marketing, and customer service teams. BEX brings our dealer community together for first access to the newest products, hands-on training, live demos, and deep-dive sessions. This year's highlight was the Brother sustainable fashion show, where employees took to the stage to showcase the creativity and innovation our machines make possible. With over 115 years of innovation, creativity, and commitment to our shared value of customer centricity, Brother is proud to partner with our dealers to shape the future of sewing and embroidery. We’re excited to continue building what’s next, together.

  • Our Brother team was excited to return for the second year to the National Sales Network (NSN) annual conference, held this year in Las Vegas. As sponsors of the NJ/NYC and Philadelphia chapters, we joined professionals from across the country for a week of learning, networking, and celebrating excellence in sales, marketing, and beyond.   • Recently, the Brother team was proud to partner with StitchSpace LA and the EmpowHer Institute to inspire the next generation of sewing and embroidery enthusiasts. ✨ We were joined by Kristin Juszczyk, who shared her story and expertise with the students, along with Mina and Natalia, who jumped in to have some fun sewing alongside the group. Brother also donated machines to both StitchSpace and EmpowerHer—refreshing StitchSpace’s lineup and giving participants even more opportunities to explore their creativity through sewing.
