After 15 incredible years at Brighton, we’re celebrating the well-earned retirement of our beloved colleague and friend, Tina Lytle.💫 Tina’s impact on Brighton has been nothing short of extraordinary. From her decade as Vice President of Operations, to her five years as Chief Operating Officer, and most recently, leading Brighton as both COO and President of Homes—Tina has shaped who we are and how we work. Her leadership, drive, and dedication have left a lasting mark across the entire organization. But beyond her many accomplishments, it’s Tina’s unforgettable laugh, quick wit, and magnetic energy that we’ll miss the most in the office each day. She’s been a mentor, a cheerleader, a sounding board, and a true inspiration to so many of us. While we’ll miss her immensely, we couldn’t be happier for her as she heads into this exciting new chapter. Here’s to living out your retirement dreams, Tina—you’ve more than earned it!
