You know how I know I’m crazy? Because I made this video of our new Processing area at BMSC2 in Fort Worth to show off what I believe is the Best-In-Class Personal Care Contract Manufacturing Processing area in North America, but I’m watching this video, and I’m immediately triggered by a wooden pallet on the platform. I need help. There’s a lot to be proud of at Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp, but always room for improvement! K-Pop Demon Hunters. So recently, I shared our goals for Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp with our Board of Directors AKA, my dad and my brother. It’s always a contentious time of year for our family. While our goals are usually aligned, the way to get there is, um, up for debate; rigorous, chaotic and arduous debate.     During one discussion, my dad asked me an interesting question, “What will you do once you reach this goal?” and to which I replied, “Then we’ll set a new goal.” and he then asked, “When will you know you’ve reached the top?” And I pondered this question for a while. And it made me think about the Founders of K-Pop.  You know, the YG Family, Drunken Tiger, HOT, FINKL, etc.  Y’all know who I’m talking about, right? I imagine them being at home, turning on Netflix and watching K-Pop Demon Hunters and thinking, “Ah, we’re reached the top.”  A genre of music that inspired a 3D animated movie about demon hunters, who protect the world through the power of K-Pop Harmony.   So, what I’m saying is, there’s definitely a top, and while today we only vaguely know what that form looks like, I know that we can only get there by singing in harmony together as a team; K-Pop Demon Hunters.   Also, here is a video of our new production line at BMSC2 running a 500,000 cps scrub at 120+ jars per minute, working in harmony together. Video in one shot.  Continuously amazing work by the BMSC team to expand and grow. #Launchlife #whatkindofpostisthis #cringe #Joinourteam #whatdoesKpopdemonhuntershavetodowithmanufacturing

BMSC2 is the sexy new plant, but BMSC1 has still got it. A little older, a littler wiser, making money, fit…for purpose.  A zaddy plant if you will. And when you get to a certain age, you have to work on yourself, improve yourself, because if you’re not investing in yourself, then you’ll fall apart pretty quickly. I’m talking about the plant, clearly.   This is all to say, BMSC1 has been steadily getting new upgrades to drive more agility and consistency. Last year, we made the decision to harmonize our high-speed bottling filling systems to Ronchi. Harmonizing our platform for High Speed Bottle Lines to share change parts, drive uptime, improve agility, and scale ramp up in this Social Media driven demand times.  #5 is now up and running. This strategy is simple but rarely executed, because it requires consistency in leadership and faith in your partnership with equipment suppliers.  Luckily, we have the best suppliers in our industry: Free plug for some of these great companies that have supported Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp for so many years. Ronchi America, LLC (5 plus another on the way), Norden Machinery AB, a Coesia company (10), Cozzoli (4), Woowon (40+), PEL (5), Polypack, Inc.
