Yesterday, we raised a glass to the past—and the future. Team members from each business unit gathered at our Roosevelt location for a heartfelt farewell to the building. With a warm toast from President Rob Menke and memories shared from across the years, it was the perfect send-off for a space that's been home to so many milestones. Bankers has been part of the St. Petersburg community for four generations through the Menke family, and this move marks a return to our roots—right in the heart of the city we've always called home. We're excited to officially move into our new headquarters by August 2025, where we'll occupy 54,000 square feet of Class A office space across three floors in the Duke Energy Building at 299 First Avenue North. We've signed a 10-year lease—making downtown St. Pete our home base for the next decade and beyond. As President Rob Menke shared, "The new location will be a positive change. Our team will see an environment that is brand new and opens up the opportunity to create a more vibrant workplace that brings people together to enhance communication and collaboration."
