Our research team is constantly talking with families about how they stay connected - especially around the baby shower moment and a baby’s arrival, when gifting and support matter most. Recently we’ve been talking with families about how they stay connected after baby has arrived — especially when distance is involved. One answer that is coming up this holiday season is digital frames. Parents shared that they often gift them to grandparents and other far-away loved ones as a simple, meaningful way to share moments — without adding tech stress or social media pressure. What we find most interesting is what this reveals about how families want to connect today: 📸 They want to share both big milestones and everyday moments, in real time. 🔐 They want that sharing to feel private and intentional, not broadcast on a public feed. 🎁 And they want gifts that feel personal, useful, and easy — especially for older generations. As the holidays approach, we love gifts that make distance feel smaller, like a Skylight or Aura Home, Inc. digital frame. See other gift ideas here: https://brnw.ch/21wYtgf What insights are you seeing around families this holiday season? We’d love to learn from you. #ParentingInsights #FamilyConnection #HolidayGifting #Babylist

  • We’re proud to share that Babylist has been named Retail Media Network of the Year by Modern Retail! 🏆 This recognition is meaningful - not just because of the growth of our media business, but because of how we’re growing it. We’ve stayed focused on creating marketing experiences that are genuinely helpful for parents and genuinely effective for brands. That means meeting families at high-intent moments, designing ad products that are integrated into the registry experience, and building creative solutions that make discovery feel personal. From interactive formats that help parents find the right fit, to immersive brand storytelling that shows up where families are already planning and deciding, our work is rooted in one simple idea: When you listen to and build for what families need, the rest will follow. Huge thank you to our brand partners who collaborate with us so thoughtfully—and to the Babylist team pushing this work forward every day. We’re excited for what’s next. And congratulations to our partners who were also recognized: 👏 Frida for their Breast Milk Ice Cream launch campaign 👏 Coterie for their expansion strategy 👏 Bobbie for bringing their formula to nationwide shelves with Costco https://lnkd.in/gVAEPtAa #ModernRetailAwards #RetailMedia #BusinessGrowth #Babylist

  • What does successful creator marketing look like? For us, it’s when the partnership feels authentic to the brand, the creator, and the audience. At Babylist, we’re unique in that the creators we work with are going through the exact same life stage as the parents our brand partners want to reach. They’re expecting a baby, building a registry, trying products for the first time, and figuring out what will work for their family. We recently collaborated with creators Alex Madison and Jon Bouffard, partnering with them throughout their journey, from expecting parents to now navigating life with a newborn. Their partnership began with a visit to the Babylist Showroom, where they built their registry and explored products in person. We worked with BabyBjorn Inc. and Nuna to highlight Alex and Jon testing each brand’s products. After the visit, we featured items they added to their registry in a custom registry for other expecting parents to explore, including picks from both brands. Once baby arrived, the partnership continued naturally. Alex and Jon were already using a Nuna car seat and stroller in their day-to-day life, which made it an easy and authentic moment to collaborate again. Known for their comedy, they created a video highlighting Nuna’s travel system and new wardrobe line, with Alex and baby Lucy in matching coats. It felt true to them and genuinely helpful for new parents watching. See the post here: https://brnw.ch/21wYpJd That’s when creator marketing really works. When partnerships evolve naturally over time, because creators continue using and loving the product in their everyday life, and the content stays authentic and useful for their audience. You can see Alex and Jon’s sample registry here: https://brnw.ch/21wYpJe Curious to learn more? Reach out to us at partners@babylist.com. #Babylist #creatormarketing #retailmarketing

  • Big news! Babylist is a Retail Media Network of the Year finalist in the 2025 Modern Retail Awards. In a year where many companies faced economic headwinds, we grew our media business by staying focused on what we do best - helping our brand partners connect with growing families. We expanded our lower-funnel ad products to reach families at the exact moments they’re making decisions. Placements like our Sponsored Product Recommendations are seamlessly integrated into the registry-building process, helping brands show up when parents are actively planning and purchasing. And when a brand like Nuna came to us asking how to showcase their assortment of strollers while guiding parents to the right fit, we built an interactive quiz that made product discovery feel personal and helpful. From immersive Showroom activations with Momcozy, The Honest Company, and Gerber, to standout talent campaigns with Alex Morgan and Olivia Culpo for brands like Little Sleepies and Ergobaby, we continue to deliver innovative marketing that reaches parents where they are. Thank you to all the brand partners that trust us to deliver value for their business and value for the families we serve every day. https://lnkd.in/egZ9_5SW #ModernRetailAwards #RetailMedia #Babylist

  • Curious how AI is transforming engineering at Babylist? Senior Software Engineer, 🍕 Andy Aragon, recently shared with Built In how AI empowers our engineers to work smarter, not harder. Our team builds the Babylist shopping experience that supports expecting parents and families through one of life’s biggest moments. Andy shares “AI speeds up the planning and coordination work, which frees up time for the actual engineering problems: keeping stock status data accurate and performant and building a recommendations system that surfaces useful alternatives.” AI enables our engineers to focus on building the most meaningful solutions for growing families. • We’re proud to be named one of Fast Company’s Brands That Matter in 2025, honoring brands that are shaping culture and showing up authentically for consumers. 🎉 This recognition goes beyond business growth—it’s about being there for the families we serve in ways that truly matter. From turning our LA showroom into a disaster relief hub for wildfire-affected families, to building tools like “Open to Secondhand” that make parenthood more affordable and sustainable, everything we do starts by listening to what real parents need. In a year when it became even more expensive to have a baby, we stood up and advocated for families. We challenged tariffs on baby gear, rallied baby brands to join us, and took the conversation to The Washington Post and Times Square. We’re honored to be recognized on the Brands That Matter list, alongside cultural icons like Nike, Netflix, and the National Basketball Association (NBA), and other innovative baby brands like Owlet Baby Care and Bobbie. Thank you to Fast Company for the recognition! https://lnkd.in/ewsd9AVz #BrandsThatMatter #Babylist #FastCompany

  • This Thanksgiving, we’re feeling especially grateful—for the millions of families who trust Babylist with their biggest (and littlest) moments. For the friends and relatives who rally around new parents with love and support. For our brand partners who help us show up for families in meaningful ways. And for the Babylist team, who bring heart and hustle to everything we do. Wishing you a restful holiday filled with the people you love most. 💜
