Well done Grand Farm! They had Tractors and airplanes and drones and robots. Startups and Fortune100's and researchers and farmers oh my!! I had the privilege to attend Autonomous Nation 2025 in Fargo, ND last week! 🎤 Greg Tehven and Andrew Jason shared about Grand Farm and the focus on #innovation for the #Ag industry and the activity going on and planned at Grand Farm. ⚡ Jahmy Hindman, CTO of John Deere spoke and shared JD’s view that autonomy is key in the future of Agriculture. 🔉 Mel Torrie, Founder and CEO of Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) shared their story and and the work they are doing in #Mining, #Construction and #Agriculture at large scale. 🎙️ Danny Bernstein, Founder of RESERVOIR shared about the work they are doing in California to help support innovation in agriculture. 📣 Craig Rupp shared about Sabanto’s vision that #autonomy can allow smaller, cheaper equipment to do the work needed in production Agriculture. 📢 Jana Tian shared the work Upside Robotics are doing to reduce fertilizer use through small autonomous machines placing fertilizer where and when it’s needed. 🛫 Kelly Hills Unmanned Systems brought the Pyka Pelican 2 aerial sprayer and provided a demo. 🛸 Frontier Precision, flew Hylio and had XPG and Talos spray drones for all to see. 🚜 Bobcat, Greenfield Robotics, Green Line Autonomy all had autonomous tractors and machines on demo. 🧑🌾 And over a hundred FFA students attended the afternoon got a great taste of the future of Ag and how Autonomous systems are playing a major role. Plus the live music, #networking and chance to talk with researchers, founders, senators, legislators and farmers in one day was wonderful! I share to shine some light on the this segment and a peek into the innovation going on and the heavy heavy focus on Autonomous systems and #robotics in Agriculture. Massive changes coming to this industry...
