About us

At Adore Me we take on seemingly impossible challenges. In 2011, we were founded to solve a single problem: help women buy bras online. It might seem like a simple task, but a bra is one of the most complex and personal garments in existence. Managing the design, procurement, logistics, and customer experience involved is an uphill climb, but one that built our company to take on increasingly greater challenges. Adore Me grew into the first major online player in lingerie, as well as the first to introduce inclusive sizing in the category. We launched a wholly-owned logistics center, Adore Me Services, in 2017, the same year we became profitable (something very important to us). We've launched a pioneering try-at-home shopping service, a number of innovation-focused satellite brands, and most importantly, an affordable sustainability model that is transforming our entire business to make sustainable clothing available to consumers of all shapes, sizes, and spending abilities. Adore Me believes fashion can be a force for good, for everyone.

Adore Me’s fourth-annual ESG report is officially live, and our team is so excited to report on another year of progress we’ve made in the sustainability space. 🌎 Exactly 6 years ago today, our team made a promise to ourselves, to our customers, and to our industry that sustainability would become a core value in our organization. Not just a marketing campaign, not just a sustainable collection — but an integral function across every team at Adore Me. This report is a testament to the progress we’ve made since that day, and a promise to continue carrying it forward in the future. Our 2024 report highlights all the sustainability-focused initiatives our team has set in motion in the last year, which have all contributed to a 67% decrease in our overall carbon footprint compared to our 2021 baseline. From product innovation, academic partnerships and student engagement, enhanced traceability with Digital Product Passports thanks to our partnership with CommonShare, and so much more — we’re proud of the many ways we’ve moved the needle in the past year. This report was made possible by the hard work of Alexandra Ilie, Laylah Funk, Collin Ciell, Camille Oberkampf, Levana Marciano, Grégoire Caurier and many others across our organization who helped in gathering data and answering endless questions. Our team acknowledges that there will always be room for improvement, and we encourage feedback from our readers. Taking a compliance-first approach, with a conscious effort to avoid greenwashing, this report was prepared using the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards. 🔗 Enjoy reading! https://lnkd.in/eiSXaCaC

  • This month, our team officially launched the SOFT TOUCH Collection: a collection of soft, comfortable, and feminine pieces that blur the line between lingerie and loungewear. Supported with an inspiring 360° marketing campaign featuring Jordyn Woods, the collection celebrates true authenticity and the real comfort that comes with feeling good and looking good in what you’re wearing. With 100+ silhouettes between bralettes, pants, rompers, ballet-wrap tops, tank tops, and even men’s boxers — we’re so excited to add this new category to our product assortment and to service our customers in new ways by selling each piece separately (instead of in sets) for the option to mix & match across colors, fabrics, and styles. 🔗 Make yourself comfortable in SOFT TOUCH, with each piece under $50! https://lnkd.in/emSgpmJF

Over the past few years, Adore Me has expanded our reach beyond our website and stores through an initiative we proudly call Adore Me Everywhere. This program has brought our products to a variety of marketplaces, connecting more customers with the lingerie they love. A key partner in this journey has been Mirakl, whose platform has empowered us to deploy, test, and scale rapidly and efficiently. Recently, our very own Jessica Le Ny, Adore Me's Marketplaces Manager, shared insights on how Mirakl has been a game-changer in supporting our vision for marketplace expansion. We’re excited to continue exploring new opportunities and breaking boundaries—because at Adore Me, it’s about being everywhere our customers are.

Thanks to CommonShare, our team has been able to develop Digital Product Passports — which means for the first time, we have a system in place to gather comprehensive information on product origin, composition, certification, environmental impact, and more. This has been a huge leap of progress for us in the traceability space and we can't wait to see how it advances!

Adore Me has always been in support of curves. And now, with CommonShare, the lingerie brand is ahead of the curve—logistically speaking, at least. The Victoria’s Secret-owned label has been using the New York retail technology firm’s AI- and data science-backed platform for ESG monitoring since last summer, when CommonShare joined Adore Me’s sustainability accelerator (AMSA). Taking that partnership a step further, the B Corp and digital developer are now deploying 100 products with real-time collaborative digital product passports (DPPs) with plans to expand to all products by the first quarter of 2025.

Adore Me recently launched the first ever products leveraging EverDye ‘s revolutionary dyeing technology - and are able to measure the carbon impact at a granular level thanks to our longstanding partnership with Carbonfact. It’s a great example of how improving and understanding your company’s environmental impact requires genuine collaboration across the entire supply chain. We’re doing this by working with the innovative companies at the forefront of sustainability and fashion!

Measuring the carbon footprint of Adore Me x EverDye Halloween capsule 🎃✨ We’re thrilled to see Adore Me’s first-ever partnership with Ever Dye come to life in a special Halloween capsule collection! 🤯The pigments used to dye these styles are bio-sourced components and were created according to Green Chemistry Principles. 🤯These pigments can be dyed at room temperature — allowing for the use of about 10x less energy during the dyeing process compared to conventional methods. 🤯Because less energy is used in the dyeing process, greenhouse gas emissions are reduced by a factor of 4. We’re proud to support this collaboration by helping Adore Me measure and understand the carbon impact of their products! Below, find a picture of Martin Daniel, co-founder of Carbonfact, holding one of the t-shirt from the collection!

Partnering with like-minded brands is one of our favorite things to do — and this collaboration with Milani Cosmetics was proof as to why! After years of friendship with the brand, our collaboration with Milani went live to showcase step-by-step makeup tutorials for Halloween to pair with looks from Adore Me's Costume Shop! When two brands have a shared vision and an opportunity to complement each other's product — all while reaching both brand's audiences — partnerships have meaningful impact and create new opportunities for growth. We always love working with Milani and we can't wait to see how our brands partner in the future. Big kudos to our Social Media & Brand Partnerships Manager, Maria Cruz, for bringing this project to fruition! 👏
