Our streamlined approach includes: + Timely Administration of Leaves + Prioritization of Quality Communication + Platform Customization + Availability of additional Insurance Services & Resources through our Family of Companies Leave Management Our team of claim professionals will communicate directly with the employee and designated employer representatives to manage leaves within established time frames and in accordance with federal and state regulatory compliance guidelines. Appropriate disability guidelines will be applied to case review. Leaves will be monitored for patterns of abuse. We administer leave requests under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Company Leaves, Tracking Leaves, State Leaves, Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA). Disability Short-Term and Long-Term Disability claims will be reviewed and processed within the parameters of your disability plan. Our experienced claim professionals will monitor the medical received in accordance with the Official Disability Guidelines and continually assess for return to work potential. Adjudication will be timely and the employee and employer will be notified of the claim determination. Advice to pay reports will be sent to our clients at regular intervals, resulting in a seamless claims experience for both our client and their employees.
