Hello everyone! We at Continua AI, Inc. are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to help shape the future of our group chat agent. We've created LLM-powered group chats that people are using to coordinate, plan, collaborate, and also just have fun. Usage has grown a ton over the past month, and we’re now looking for someone exceptional to help us accelerate our roadmap! We're looking for someone experienced in fine-tuning LLMs for both generative and discriminative use cases, along with strong Python skills and familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, Jax, or TensorFlow. Group chat was not trivial to build, and the work is not done: We sort of had to break the LLM's brain in order to get it to behave reasonably in a group setting, with some degree of social discretion/etiquette on when to respond, etc. You'd be a great fit if you have a mix of strong quantitative skills along with creative ideas on helping further our Social AI platform, and you’d be joining a fantastic bunch of accomplished engineers and researchers from Google, Slack, Disney, and top AI startups.
