Not many can say they have worked at one company for 45 years, but we have nine colleagues who achieved that milestone this year! 🎉 We were thrilled to honor their commitment and celebrate together. From organizing volunteer events to awarding Nourish Our Community grants to nonprofits and providing ongoing product donations, our employees show up strong each #HungerActionMonth. It's that time of year again, and we’re building strong partnerships this #HungerActionMonth! 🧡 For over 30 years, our Nourish Our Community grant program has invited teams to champion local nonprofits they love by nominating and selecting them for grants. Thanks to their efforts, 21 organizations across seven states will receive a total of $330,000 this year to improve food access in their communities. Our internship program may have wrapped, but we’re not finished praising our teammates’ incredible work the past few months! 🎉 From learning new skills to igniting their passion for the industry, we know our summer interns will achieve great things in their future careers. Some received full-time post-grad offers or invitations to intern again next summer. ✨ Thank you to each of our interns for all your hard work this summer. We’re incredibly proud of our teams’ efforts to nourish our local communities. This past week, several of our ERG chapters in Omaha served lunches at Siena Francis House and the Women ERG packed and handed out lunches to locals experiencing homelessness. Thank you to everyone who’s taken time to aid the communities where we live and work. Your efforts make a vital impact on our neighbors in need! 

Our Omaha campus was poppin’ last week! 🌽 We were thrilled to participate in Open Omaha 2025, welcoming our neighbors for a behind-the-scenes look at our test kitchens and collaborative spaces. Visitors learned about how their favorite foods are made – and why Conagra is such a special place to work. Shoutout to our culinary team for whipping up corn-themed treats for our guests, like Alexia Street Corn, Duncan Hines cornbread and Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP! Thank you to all our volunteers for staffing the event as well, and all who came to visit us at Conagra.
