Join me in congratulating Aidan Chladil on his new role as Director of Food & Beverage at Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Resorts Collection! Aidan's journey with CPE began just a week after its 2020 opening, where he swiftly became an indispensable part of both the Mansion and Lutie’s F&B teams. His dedication and expertise led him to hold the position of Director of Restaurants upon his departure in 2023. After leaving CPE, Aidan's contributed significantly to Auberge Resorts Collection, aiding in the opening of three hotels and the revamping of five restaurants under the brand. We are excited to have Aidan back at the Estate, bringing his wealth of experience and passion for hospitality. Welcome back Aidan! 🎉
