Organic growth for brokers has now declined for four consecutive quarters.   According to Reagan Consulting’s Q2 2025 Quarterly, median organic growth slipped to 7.8%, down from 8.5% a year ago. Valuations also dropped sharply, and deal activity slowed by 28% compared to last year.
