WISE ASSISTANT TERMS OF USE
By using Wise Assistant you acknowledge that you understand the information set out in these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms govern the use of Wise Assistant. By engaging with Wise Assistant, you acknowledge and understand that these Terms are supplemental to Wise’s applicable Customer Agreements.
2. Wise Assistant
2.1. Wise Assistant, an AI tool powered by third-party language model service providers, is our automated chat support tool built to deliver fast and useful answers to your questions.
2.2 Interactions with Wise Assistant are managed by a fully automated AI system, not a human customer service agent. We have a dedicated team who develop Wise Assistant and improve the answers and support it based on information from your answers and other data sources.
2.3. If you do not want to use the Wise Assistant, we kindly ask you to stop using Wise Assistant by typing ‘live agent’ into the chat. Remember, using Wise Assistant is completely optional, and you can always request to speak with a human customer service agent.
3. Acknowledgment of Risk
3.1. Wise Assistant may not always provide completely accurate, complete or relevant answers, and it may show unintentional bias. It can also occasionally make mistakes.
3.2. If Wise Assistant asks you to confirm information, it is your responsibility to ensure that the information is accurate and complete. If you notice something seems off with the response, please confirm with a live agent or refer to your Customer Agreement with Wise or the FAQs on our website.
3.3. The information from Wise Assistant is for your information only. It is not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
