How We Interview

Resume Review: Our in-house Recruiter + Hiring Manager will personally review your resume and determine if your experience is a good fit.

Introductory Call: We’ll connect with you over the phone – first with our Recruiting Team, then in a more technical conversation with the Hiring Manager. This is your chance to bring your resume to life and share your story!

Meet the Team: You’ll be invited to meet some of our Rapptor pack – whether in person or virtually. We’ll learn more about you, and you’ll have the chance to ask questions to get to know us better too.

Decision Time: Our interview team will come together to make a decision. Transparency is important to us – we’ll do our best to share updates along the way and get back to you quickly.
